Subtask 5.1: Review and Assessment of Regulations — The Performing Party will review relevant <br />city, river authority, groundwater district and county ordinances that impact water quality. This report will <br />provide an assessment of potential water quality and land development ordinance enhancements and newly <br />adopted ordinances, potential reductions in NPS contributions from adoption of new ordinances and <br />recommendations for clarifying and/or updating information. <br />Subtask 5.2: Load Reduction Estimate — The Performing Party will provide estimated potential <br />pollution reduction of relevant city ordinances, codes, and regulations. <br />Subtask 5.3: Workshop — The Performing Party will host one workshop to assist city and county staff <br />with ordinance implementation and tracking efforts. <br />Deliverables: <br />0 Ordinance, Code, Regulation Review and Pollutant reduction estimates report <br />0 One Ordinance workshop with city and county staff <br />Task 6: Coordination of Water Quality Monitoring and Analyses/Data Acquisition <br />Objective: To coordinate water quality monitoring performed during this project by partners, including <br />coordination of any routine and continuous surface water quality and stormwater monitoring. Monitoring <br />may be performed by City of San Marcos, the Guadalupe -Blanco River Authority (GBRA), the Texas State <br />University Environmental Health, Safety and Risk Management staff, the Hays Trinity Groundwater <br />Conservation District (HTGCD), the Habitat Conservation Plan (HCP), and the Texas Stream Team (TST). <br />Subtask 6.1: Coordination of Monitoring Activities — The Performing Party will coordinate and <br />track partner monitoring efforts, including the Clean River Program monitoring performed by GBRA, the <br />city, the university and HCP water quality and flow monitoring, the HTGCD and Edwards Aquifer Authority <br />(EAA) groundwater level monitoring, and the TST volunteer water quality monitoring. The Performing Parry <br />will also work with the city and university regarding special monitoring needs. <br />Subtask 6.2: Data Acquisition — The Performing Party will acquire data collected by the entities listed <br />in Subtask 6.1 as well as any other data sources identified in the QAPP. The Performing Party will also <br />compile acquired data and make it available via website. <br />Subtask 6.3: Analysis of Water Quality Data — The Performing Party and its partners will regularly <br />analyze the data acquired in Subtask 6.2 for changes and trends in water quality and present findings via <br />website (with TCEQ prior approval). An Annual Water Quality Data Summary and Analysis Report will be <br />prepared and submitted to the TCEQ for review and approval. <br />Deliverables: <br />0 Track monitoring efforts of partners <br />0 Compilation of acquired data <br />0 Annual Water Quality Data Summary and Analysis Report <br />Task 7: Final Report <br />Objective: To produce a Final Report that summarizes all activities completed and conclusions reached <br />during the project. The Final Report must describe project activities, and identify and discuss the extent to <br />which project goals and purposes have been achieved, and the amount of funds actually spent on the project. <br />The Final Report should emphasize successes, failures, lessons learned, and should include analyses <br />estimating the projects' water quality improvements and/or load reductions, if applicable. The Final Report <br />must summarize all the Task Reports in either the text or as appendices. <br />Subtask 7.1: Draft Final Report — At least 3o days prior to submitting the Final Report, the Performing <br />Party will provide a Draft Final Report summarizing all project activities, findings, and the contents of all <br />previous Deliverables, referencing and/or attaching them as web links or appendices. This comprehensive <br />report should document all Deliverables under this Scope of Work.
