The City will obtain all necessary right -of -entries from required landowners. 5. The City will provide Title Reports for properties with proposed easements. & The City will obtain all permanent sanitary sewer line, access, and temporary construction easements, including services such as appraisal of properties. negotiations with the property owners, and actual purchase of the easements.
