Contractor agrees to comply with the Historic Preservation requirements setforth in the National <br />Historic Preservation Act of 1966, as amended (16 U.S.C. 470) and the procedures set forth in 36 CPR <br />Part Boo, Advisory Council on. Historic Preservation Procedures for Protection of Historic Propel -ties, <br />insofar as they apply to the performance of this agreement. <br />In general, this requires concurrence from the State Historic Preservation Of ker for all rehabilitation and <br />demolition of historic properties that are fifty years old or older or that are included on a Federal, state, of <br />local historic property list. <br />k. RELIGIOUS ACTIVITIES <br />The Contractor agrees that funds provided under this Agreement will not be utilized. for h-icrently <br />religious activities prohibited by 24 CPR 570.2_00G), such as worship, religious instructio11, or <br />proselytization. The acquisition, construc-tiorl, or rehabilitation of structures used for inherently religious <br />activities is not allowable under this program. <br />1.
