City Council Meeting Minutes March 19, 2019 <br />time frame. Moderate priorities are intended to be started within the next 4-6 <br />years, these items could become top priority after the next review of the Parks <br />Master plan. Longer term priorities are supposed to lead the city to its future <br />parks and recreation vision. <br />Mr. Wells stated that all comments made by the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission were discussed and addressed. The content that is included within <br />this plan does account for these discussions and comments and will be <br />provided to Council. <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />3. A.) Executive Session in accordance with Section 551.087, Economic Development, to <br />receive a staff briefing and deliberate regarding Project Big Hat <br />B.) Executive Session in accordance with Section 551.087, Economic Development and <br />Section 551.071, Consultation with Attorney, to receive a staff briefing and deliberate <br />regarding a potential Chapter 380 Economic Development incentive agreement for the <br />S.M.A.R.T Terminal Project. <br />A motion was made by Council Member Gonzales, seconded by Council <br />Member Mihalkanin, to enter into Executive Session at 3:40p.m. The motion <br />carried by the following vote: <br />For: 7 - Mayor Pro Tem Prewitt, Council Member Gonzales, Council Member Derrick, Mayor <br />Hughson, Council Member Mihalkanin, Council Member Marquez and Council <br />Member Rockeymoore <br />Against: 0 <br />III.
