From 2008-2018, our evaluation process was overseen by a third -party evaluation consultant, <br />who administered pre/post surveys and monitored impact. Some of their keyfindings were: <br />• Girls who attend GEN programs have higheratte nclance and lowe rdisciplinary referrals than their peers. <br />• Girls who attend GEN programs feel strongly bonded to othergirls and group leaders. <br />Beginning in February 2019, GEN will be adding an Evaluation and Learning Director role whowill overseethis process and <br />ensure that our evaluation and impact measurements continue to be highly effective moving forward as well. She will <br />champion impact measurement among the staff and maintain a high qualityof work in this area.
