Surveys, questionnaires, or comment cards for public meeting participants to fill out <br />as well as provide Capital Area MPO with an electronic version to post on the <br />Capital Area MPO study website. <br />6. Draft study vision, goals, and objectives to be developed by the steering committee <br />and vetted by the public and other key stakeholders. <br />7. Meeting materials including, but not limited to, informational hand-outs, <br />written materials, sign -in sheets, the printing of meeting hand-outs and the <br />preparation and production of meeting display boards in high resolution <br />color. <br />8. Documentation of the meetings shall include: photographs of each event, copies <br />of informational displays, the number of people in attendance at each meeting, <br />copies of handouts and questionnaires distributed atthe meetings, comment <br />cards and letters received, attendance sheets from each meeting, and the contact <br />information used in mailings. <br />9. Meeting summaries of each meeting in Microsoft Word format within ten (10) <br />business days of the meeting date. <br />10. An appropriate range of exhibits and displays for all meetings. The Consultant shall <br />produce additional exhibits and displays for any and all meetings as directed by the <br />Capital Area MPO Project Manager. The quality and content of exhibits and <br />displays shall be subject to review and approval as required by the Capital Area <br />MPO Project Manager. The Capital Area MPO Project Manager may direct edits <br />and revisions to exhibits and displays. <br />11. All Steering Committee agendas and supporting material. The quality and content <br />of agendas and materials shall be subject to review and approval as required by <br />the Capital Area MPO Project Manager. The Capital Area MPO Project Manager <br />may direct edits and revisions to agendas and materials. <br />12. Content and deliverables for posting on the project website. <br />Task 1. Existing Conditions and Needs Assessment <br />1.1- Comprehensive Review of Existing Studies, Plans, TxDOT-City Agreements and Reports <br />This task involves the review and evaluation of current local, state, and regional documents and <br />policies relevant to transportation and supportive land use planning.
