Mike Stanley stated he <br />wanted to speak regarding Item 24 on the agenda, a Resolution regarding a <br />Letter of Memorandum between SWT and the City for cost sharing for Habitat <br />Conservation Planning. Mr. Stanley stated SWT has a horrid record of <br />conservation, and if they are interested in habitat conservation planning, <br />he would like to see them make a commitment. <br /> <br />Mayor Chiu introduced for consideration an appointment to the Cemetery <br />Commission to complete a vacancy. Mr. Moseley moved to appoint Ollie <br />Giles and Mr. Mayhew moved to appoint Josephine Wiegand. On roll call the <br />following vote was recorded: <br /> <br />GILES: <br /> <br />Moseley, Hughson, Chiu, Cox. <br /> <br />WIEGAND: <br /> <br />Mihalkanin, Mayhew. <br /> <br />* Ms. Tatum was not present at this meeting. <br />
