Regional Context <br />minutes north of San Antonio and 30 minutes south <br />of Austin (see Figure 2.1, Regional Context, below). <br />The City covers over 30 square miles and is the seat <br />and provides convenient connectivity to area’s north <br />(e.g., Austin and the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex) <br />and south (e.g., San Antonio and Laredo).
