Pursuant to rules promulgated by the Texas <br />Supreme Court and the State Bar of Texas, we hereby advise you that the State Bar of Texas investigates and prosecutes <br />complaints of professional misconduct against attorneys licensed in the State of Texas. Information on the grievance <br />procedure is available from the State Bar of Texas, and any questions you have about the disciplinary process should be <br />addressed to the Office of the General Counsel of the State Bar of Texas, which you may call toll free at 1-800-932-1900, <br />Questions. If you have any questions from time to time about any aspect of our arrangements, please feel free to raise <br />those questions.
