RENEWAL OF AGRICULTURAL LEASE AGREEMENT <br />This Extension of Agricultural Lease Agreement is entered into by and between the City <br />of San Marcos, Texas and Jansen Family Farms, Inc. <br />RECITAL <br />The parties entered into a Lease of City Property for Agricultural Use (the "Lease <br />Agreement") dated June 2, 2014 for the lease of approximately 87 acres of land near the City of <br />San Marcos Wastewater Treatment Plant. The patties wish to renew the Lease Agreement. <br />AGREEMENT <br />1. In consideration of the mutual benefits to and obligations of the parties herein, the <br />parties agree that the Lease Agreement shall be renewed and continue until August 31, 2024, unless <br />sooner terminated under the terms of the Lease Agreement, <br />2. All other terms and conditions set forth in the Lease Agreement shall remain in full <br />force and effect. <br />
