RENEWAL OF AGRICULTURAL LEASE AGREEMENT This Extension of Agricultural Lease Agreement is entered into by and between the City of San Marcos, Texas and Jansen Family Farms, Inc. RECITAL The parties entered into a Lease of City Property for Agricultural Use (the "Lease Agreement") dated June 2, 2014 for the lease of approximately 87 acres of land near the City of San Marcos Wastewater Treatment Plant. The patties wish to renew the Lease Agreement. AGREEMENT 1. In consideration of the mutual benefits to and obligations of the parties herein, the parties agree that the Lease Agreement shall be renewed and continue until August 31, 2024, unless sooner terminated under the terms of the Lease Agreement, 2. All other terms and conditions set forth in the Lease Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
