Alvarez, Sherri Russell, Matt Dunda, Stacye Wilson, <br />Kate Elrod, Anthony Ortega, Collette Duran, Ron Yager, Marie Yager, Joe Castillo, Melissa <br />Millecam, Joe Lucio, Phil Neighbors, Gwen Smith, Alphonso Washington, Kelly Franks, Kim <br />Porterfield, Robert Cotner, Jill Ivie, Kyev Tatum, Martha Tatum, Shaune Maycock, David Chiu, <br />and others. <br />Mayor Moore called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />Mayor Moore introduced the ten-minute citizen comment period. 1. John Fogarty, attorney for <br />Time Warner Cable, stated the Franchise Ordinance, Grande Communications, would be <br />competitive to other franchises in the community and wants the City to be fair with all and hopes <br />this addition will be beneficial to the community. 2. Robert Cotner stated the Heritage <br />Association Tour will be on May 6-7,2000 and Sights & Sounds of Christmas was well attended. <br />Mr. Cotner presented two pictures to the City Manager of Sights & Sounds of Christmas in 1999. <br />Mayor Moore introduced for consideration one appointment to the Drainage Advisory Board. <br />Mr. Doiron did not have a nomination at this time and will need to make this appointment at the <br />next regular City Council Meeting. <br />Mayor Moore introduced for consideration two appointments to the Main Street Advisory Board. <br />Mayor Moore moved to appoint Leila Allouche as a representative of downtown and to appoint <br />James Nettleton as a representative of downtown, which passed unanimously. <br />Mayor Moore introduced for consideration one appointment to the Construction Board of <br />Adjustments and Appeals. Mr. Doiron moved to appoint Ngoc Nguyen as an Architect, which <br />passed unanimously. <br />Mayor Moore introduced for consideration one appointment to the Human Services Advisory <br />Board. There were no nominations and this appointment will be made at the next regular City <br />Council Meeting. <br />*Mr. Mihalkanin not present at this meeting. <br />
