It is the intent of this <br />document to facilitate the construction process in common overlapping areas <br />between city departments and private contractors. A copy of plans bearing a seal from the <br />Building Department is required to be available on -site at all times. Any changes <br />or revisions to these plans must first be submitted to the City by the design <br />professional for review and written authorization. A review seal from the (specific <br />to the change) Department of Engineering and the Building Deportment of these <br />revised plans must be available on -site at all times. <br />GENERAL NOTES <br />• PLAN LAYOUT SHOWS LOCATION OF PROPOSED <br />SIDEWALK. <br />• PROPOSED SIDEWALK WILL HAVE MAX. 2% <br />CROSS SLOPE AWAY FROM ROADWAY.
