Hopkins <br />San Marcos, Texas 78666 <br />CONSIDERATION: Ten and no/100 Dollars and other good and valuable consideration, the <br />receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged <br />PROJECT: Communication shelter, utility pole, and necessary or desirable appurtenances, <br />including communication lines and facilities for a low power radio station, as <br />depicted on the sketch attached hereto as Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference. <br />PREMISES: Canyon Substation, located at Yarrington Road and IH 35 South in Hays County, <br />Texas. <br />RECITALS <br />A. Licensee requires a temporary location for an emergency services radio system site. <br />B. Licensor owns, operates and maintains an electric substation and electric transmission <br />facilities on the Premises. <br />C. Licensor has additional space on the Premises which may be used for Licensee's Project on a <br />temporary basis. <br />NOW THEREFORE, Licensor, for the Consideration paid to Licensor, hereby grants and <br />demises to Licensee the right and privilege to construct, reconstruct, inspect, patrol, hang wires on, <br />maintain, and remove the Project on, over, and across the Premises. <br />1. Term. Licensee agrees that this License shall be for a term of no less than twelve months from <br />the Date and Licensor may terminate this License and revoke all privileges of this License after the <br />expiration of that term without prior notice.
