3. Normandy's Responsibilities and Standards of Performance (a) Normandy shall maintain proper registration as a lobbying firm under applicable State and Federal laws and shall comply with all applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations, including without limitation, those relating to ethics, political contributions and gifts to candidates and public officials. The performance of all services by Normandy under this Agreement will be by persons appropriately licensed or registered when required under local, state and federal laws. (b) Henry Bonilla shall be the primary point of contact and will oversee the provision of the Services by Normandy. Christine Pellerin shall be as a secondary contact. The City, however, may communicate with other representatives of Normandy as appropriate, who may be working on specific projects related to the Services. Normandy may designate another primary point of contact only with the approval of the City. (c) In performing the Services, Normandy will use that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised for similar services by firms that specialize in providing the types of services involved under this Agreement. (d) Any provisions in this Agreement pertaining to the City's review, approval and /or acceptance of written materials prepared by Normandy in connection with this Agreement will not diminish Normandy's responsibility for the materials. (e) Normandy will perform all Services in coordination with the City. Normandy will advise the City of data and information Normandy needs to perform the Services, and Normandy will communicate with City representatives at mutually convenient times to assemble this data and information. (f) Normandy shall provide at least monthly, but more frequently as appropriate, written reports regarding significant federal legislative and regulatory activities within both the legislative and executive branches of the federal governments affecting the City's interests. (g) Normandy shall provide weekly written status reports of its activities related to the Services. (h) In performing the Services, Normandy will comply with all local, state and federal laws. 4. City's Responsibilities (a) The City will provide information to Normandy regarding the City's requirements for Normandy's services under this Agreement.
