City Council Meeting Minutes September 17, 2019 <br />budget. <br />A motion was made by Council Member Mihalkanin, seconded by Council <br />Member Gonzales, to approve Ordinance 2019-25, that approves the City's <br />Fiscal Year 2019-2020 budget ordinance on second reading and adopt the <br />City's Fiscal Year 2019-2020 budget. The motion carried by the following vote: <br />For: 6 - Council Member Gonzales, Council Member Derrick, Mayor Hughson, Council <br />Member Mihalkanin, Council Member Marquez and Council Member Rockeymoore <br />Against: 1 - Mayor Pro Tem Prewitt <br />A MOTION TO RECONSIDER was made after item #16. A motion was made <br />by Council Member Mihalkanin, seconded by Council Member Derrick, to <br />reconsider Ordinance 2019-25. The motion carried by the following vote: <br />For: 7 - Mayor Pro Tem Prewitt, Council Member Gonzales, Council Member Derrick, Mayor <br />Hughson, Council Member Mihalkanin, Council Member Marquez and Council <br />Member Rockeymoore <br />Against: 0 <br />APPROVAL AFTER RECONSIDERATION: a motion was made by Council <br />Member Mihalkanin, seconded by Council Member Gonzales, to approve <br />Ordinance 2019-25 with the understanding that there would be funds budgeted <br />for the Family Justice Center by the City Manager. The motion carried by the <br />following vote: <br />For: 6 - Council Member Gonzales, Council Member Derrick, Mayor Hughson, Council <br />Member Mihalkanin, Council Member Marquez and Council Member Rockeymoore <br />Against: 1 - Mayor Pro Tem Prewitt <br />15.
