"' 0 i4W, <br />T R A\ C E <br />4.1 Street Section Design <br />• Driveway access to single family homes shall be prohibited along Street Section AA, BB <br />and CC except for a permitted driveways into the school site and or the central park <br />and amenity center. <br />• At the time of the Subdivision Concept Plat for Planning Area g, a roadway shall be <br />provided to connect the Toyota property thru Planning Area g to the Commercial <br />/Multi -Family Collector Road (DD). The applicant will show that there will be a north — <br />south connection from the Toyota Property thru Planning Area g connecting to the <br />roadway situated between Planning Area 12 and 13.
