With this in mind the Entry <br />Monuments and finishes will be commensurate with this responsibility. Conceptual locations and sign <br />types are included in Illustration 17. <br />• There will be a hierarchy of signage and monumentation throughout the project. A <br />comprehensive Entry Monument and Signage Master Plan Illustration is shown above. <br />• The entry monuments will be of a size, scale and finish comparable to quality Master Planned <br />Communities in the area (Belterra, Blanco Vista, Sunfield for example). <br />• Signs may be lit using dark sky compliant techniques. Full cut-off down lights, halo effect <br />lighting or shielded low level lighting is acceptable <br />• Dimensional and height max to be provided. <br />57 <br />
