"' 0 i4&01 <br />T R A\ C E <br />Potential materials for signage shall be <br />limited to: <br />• Stone Masonry <br />• Brick Masonry <br />• Metal (Aluminum, Corten, Raw Steel, or <br />Stainless Steel) for letter and possible <br />sign background. <br />• Wood (limited use, treated, stained or <br />painted and protected from decay) <br />• Stucco <br />• Concrete (Board Formed, Stained) <br />mm Major Entry <br />Monumentation (Ma) <br />The symbol indicated as "Ma" on the Signage <br />Plan will be a major entry monument along I- <br />35 for the Trace Community. <br />• The SF of the signage will be calculated as <br />the smallest rectangle around the <br />lettering comprising the message. <br />• Logo SF will be calculated separately, <br />however the cumulative SF of the Sign <br />and Logo will be no greater than 26o sf <br />(each side if two sided). <br />• The sign height will be calculated using <br />the highest elevation of the lettering <br />above grade.
