ii. Hays County's Engineer or representatives; and <br />iii. Texas Department of Transportation ("TxDOT") <br />1.2.4 Coordinate all design with adjoining Project segments (latest Hays County/TxDOT FM <br />110 design and/or City designs) to insure consistency and compatibility. <br />1.2.5 Coordinate with the City to complete the design work in an orderly manner in accordance <br />with the milestone schedule established in "Attachment A". <br />1.2.6 Prepare monthly reports and requests for payment for submission to the City. <br />1.2.7 Use Microstation V8, GEOPAK V8 and CADD to fully develop any drawings. The <br />Engineer will develop CADD drawings to be compatible with City standards and will furnish a <br />computer graphics file that will comply with City standard practices. <br />1.2.8 Meet with the City's Project Manager periodically or as needed to update the City on the <br />progress of work. <br />1.2.9 Head the Project team and coordinate the integration of design, surveying, right of way <br />issues, traffic control, utility Engineering, permitting, and other services as previously approved. <br />1.3 TASK 2 -ASSEMBLE, REVIEW AND EVALUATE EXISTING DATA <br />The Engineer will: <br />1.3.1 Review the data provided by the City including: <br />a) Survey; and <br />b) 60% (or latest) plans for Phase I of FM 110 Loop <br />1.3.2 Assemble and review all TxDOT and City plans and studies for projects (such as FM <br />110, the convention center and the signal light projects), in the area including: <br />a) Final construction plans and proposed construction; <br />b) Traffic studies; <br />c) Environmental Studies; and <br />d) Development plans <br />1.3.3 Review existing field conditions, noting locations of improvements since the time of the <br />field surveys. <br />1.3.4 Review Pavement Design and coordinate with TxDOT. <br />KBR McCarty Agreement 2008 <br />
