Mr. Gilley does not believe Hays Energy will use all reclaimed water and thinks this is a reasonable compromise. Mr. Gilley stated the Council can revisit the issue if they want to. It was consensus of Council to hold a workshop on this issue at the next meeting. Mayor Chiu introduced for consideration approval of an Ordinance on first reading, the caption which was read as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING SECTON 2.567 OF THE CITY CODE TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE MONTH-TO-MONTH AIRPORT LEASE AGREEMENTS; INCLUDING PROCEDURAL PROVISIONS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Ms. Hughson moved for approval of the Ordinance on first reading and Mr. Doiron seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Chiu introduced for consideration reconsideration of a Zoning Ordinance. The Council did not wish to reconsider the Ordinance. The caption reads as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY BY REZONING LOTS 7 AND 8, BLOCK 2, C. L. Mayor Chiu introduced for consideration approval of minutes of the Regular Meeting held October 9, 2000, approval of an Ordinance on second reading, adoption of two Ordinances on third and final reading, remove from table and consider adoption of Resolution, and adoption of twenty-one Resolutions on consensus. The Council removed Items 8.B., approval of Ordinance on second reading, 8.D., remove from table and consider adoption of Resolution, 8.E.(3), 8.E. (10) and 8. E. (11), adoption of Resolutions, to be considered separately. Mr. Doiron moved for approval of the minutes of the Regular Meeting held October 9, 2000, for adoption of the two Ordinances on third and final reading, and adoption of the remaining eighteen Resolutions on consensus and Ms. Hughson seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
