No speakers signed up <br /> to speak during this time. <br /> Mayor Chiu introduced receiving a status report from the San Marcos <br /> Sesquicentennial Committee. Diana Finlay and Rodney Vanoudekerke, co- <br /> chairs, gave a brief status report regarding events and financial needs <br /> that are being considered for the celebration during 2001. <br /> Mayor Chiu introduced for consideration approval of one appointment to the <br /> Cemetery Commission. Mr. Cox moved to appoint Dixie Moffitt. On roll <br /> call the following vote was recorded: <br /> * Mr. Taylor was not present at this meeting. <br />
