Page 11 would like the City to petition the Texas Municipal League to make copies of the resolutions that will be considered at the TML Business Meeting available to cities in advance so cities can discuss whether or not to support various resolutions and the City's representative will then know how to vote during the TML Business Meeting on the resolutions presented. (7) Mr. Moseley stated Main Street was recognized for their good work. Mr. Cox stated it is a really good board and Ms. Franks does an outstanding job. Mayor Chiu introduced an Executive Session pursuant to the Government Code, Section 551.071, to seek the City Attorney's advice regarding pending litigation, contemplated litigation or other matters (future land use plan - Ranch Road 12/Bishop Street area); Section 551.074, to discuss evaluation of public officers (City Manager, City Attorney, City Clerk, Municipal Court Judge); and Section 551.086, to discuss commercial or financial information the City has received from a business prospect with which the City is conducting economic development negotiations, or to deliberate the offer of a financial or other incentive to such a business prospect (South IH35/McCarty Lane area). Mr. Moseley moved to adjourn into Executive Session at 10:14 p.m. and Mr. Doiron seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mr. Doiron moved to reconvene at 11:04 p.m. and Mr. Moseley seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
