Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present <br />With a quorum present, the Regular Meeting of the San Marcos City Council was called <br />to order by Mayor Susan Narvaiz at 6:02 p.m. on Tuesday, February 19, 2008 in the <br />Council Chambers of the City of San Marcos City Hall, 630 East Hopkins, San Marcos, <br />Texas 78666. <br />3. Executive Session <br />In accordance with the Texas Government Code, Section 551.074 — Personnel, and <br />Section 551.087 — Economic Development, the San Marcos City Council convened into <br />Executive Session at 6:04 p.m. on Tuesday, February 19, 2008 in order to continue <br />discussing matters pertaining to: <br />A.
