Regular Meeting April 8, 2002 Page 7 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY BY REZONING A 23.7 ACRE TRACT OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1610 IH 35 NORTH, FROM "c" COMMERCIAL DISTRICT AND "LI" LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT TO "MF-4" MULTI-FAMILY DISTRICT (HIGH DESITY) ¡ INCLUDING PROCEDURAL PROVISIONS¡ AND PROVIDING FOR PENALTIES. Mayor Chiu introduced for consideration approval of minutes of the Regular Meeting held March 25, 2002, approval of one Ordinance on second reading, adoption of two Ordinances on third and final reading, adoption of sixteen Resolutions, approval to authorize Change of Services No. 5 to the Clovis Barker Road Project in the amount of $20,129.84 to Dannenbaum Engineering Corporation, and approval of the fiscal 2001 financial audit, on consensus. The Council removed Item 27, adoption of Resolution, and Item 35, approval of the fiscal 2001 fiscal financial audit, to be considered separately. Ms. Tatum moved to table the Minutes of the Regular Meeting held March 25, 2002 and for approval of one Ordinance on second reading, adoption of two Ordinances on third and final reading, and adoption of the remaining fifteen Resolutions, and approval to authorize Change of Services No. 5 to the Clovis Barker Road Project in the amount of $20,129.84 to Dannenbaum Engineering Corporation, and Mr. Mayhew seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. The captions of the Ordinances and Resolutions read as follows: Approval of Ordinance on second reading: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING THE CITY'S 2001-2002 BUDGET TO PROVIDE FOR GRANT FUNDS TO BE RECEIVED FROM THE TEXAS STATE LIBRARY¡ AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Adoption of Ordinances on third and final reading: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING THE CITY'S 2001-2002 BUDGET TO PROVIDE FUNDING FOR ACQUISTION OF A TRACT OF PROPERTY ADJACENT TO THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT¡ AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING THE CITY'S 2001-2002 BUDGET TO PROVIDE FUNDING FOR INCREASED STAFF IN THE POLICE DEPARTMENT¡ AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Adoption of Resolutions: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AWARDING AN ANNUAL CONTRACT TO TEC UTILITY SUPPLY AND SERVICE FOR THE PURCHASE OF THREE-PHASE PAD MOUNTED TRÞ~SFORMERS FOR THE ELECTRIC UTILITY DEPARTMENT¡ AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING MANAGER TO EXECUTE
