Womack <br />Mark Taylor <br />Stephanie Langenkamp <br />Ron Patterson <br />Tom Taggart <br />Steve Griffith <br />Todd Derkacz <br />Rodney Cobb <br />Ramona Brown <br />Carolyn Liner <br />Richard Mendoza <br />Rodney Gonzales <br />Bob Higgs <br />Eddie Ortega <br />Collette Jamison <br /> <br />Also present: Fred Markham, Mike Dishman, Frances Emery, Gary Gilbert, <br />Sherwood Bishop, Camille Phillips, Tom McNair, Jim Neuhaus, Yolanda <br />Quintanilla, Phil Neighbors, Stephanie Garcia, Shelley Goodwin and others. <br /> <br />Mayor Habingreither called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />Habingreither lead the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Mayor Habingreither introduced the Citizen Comment period. 1) Frances <br />Emery stated she was concerned with the use of using tax dollars to hire a <br />private investigator and reward money to pursue the investigation of the <br />campaign flyer. 2) Sherwood Bishop stated he wished to read a letter on <br />behalf of the Council of Neighborhood Associations regarding Item 9, <br />revising the impact fee Ordinance. The letter encouraged the Council to <br />raise the Impact Fees for new development to the recommended fee of $4,600. <br />3) Steve Ramsey, Baker-Aicklen and Associates, stated he wished to speak on <br />Item 13, annexation of 1,448.06 acres. He encouraged the Council to table <br />this Ordinance to the Regular Meeting on December 2, 2002. This would give <br />his clients more time to finalize the Water/Wastewater Agreement with the <br />City Attorney. 4) Carol Peters, Youth Commission, stated she wished to <br />speak on Item 29, discussion regarding Youth Summit.
