The letter encouraged the Council to <br />raise the Impact Fees for new development to the recommended fee of $4,600. <br />3) Steve Ramsey, Baker-Aicklen and Associates, stated he wished to speak on <br />Item 13, annexation of 1,448.06 acres. He encouraged the Council to table <br />this Ordinance to the Regular Meeting on December 2, 2002. This would give <br />his clients more time to finalize the Water/Wastewater Agreement with the <br />City Attorney. 4) Carol Peters, Youth Commission, stated she wished to <br />speak on Item 29, discussion regarding Youth Summit.
