Council provided <br />consensus to keep the entire list in the ordinance: <br />SECTION 1 <br />1. Class C misdemeanors other than public intoxication, assault, or family <br />violence. <br />2. Possession of Marijuana less than 4 oz, Class A or Class B misdemeanor <br />3. Driving while License Invalid, Class B misdemeanor <br />4. Criminal Mischief, Class B misdemeanor (less than $750.00) <br />5. Graffiti, Class A or Class B misdemeanor (less than $2500 or $750) <br />6. Theft of Property, Class B misdemeanor (less than $750.00) <br />7. Theft of Services, Class B misdemeanor (less than $750.00) <br />Should the word "only" remain in Section 2? <br />Council provided consensus to keep the word "only" in Section 2. <br />An Ordinance on first meeting will be brought back at a later date that does <br />not coincide with any student Spring Break holiday. <br />_XECUTIVE SESSION <br />30. Executive Session in accordance with Section § 551.089 - Security Devices: to discuss <br />Security Measures and Deployment of Information Resources Technology. <br />Executive Session was not needed this evening. <br />DIRECTION/ACTION FOLLOWING EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />31. Consider action, by motion, regarding the following Executive Session items held during <br />the Work Session and/or Regular Meeting: <br />Section § 551.089 - Security Devices: to discuss Security Measures and Deployment of <br />Information Resources Technology. <br />Mayor Hughson stated direction was provided to staff during Executive <br />Session this afternoon. <br />VI.
