Womack <br />Mark Taylor <br />Ron Patterson <br />Tom Taggart <br />Bob Higgs <br />Laurie Anderson <br /> <br />Also present: Kyev Tatum, Acie Dozier, Kevin Brumley, Garland Warren, <br />Collette Jamison, Sherri Russell, Stephanie Garcia, Shelley Goodwin and <br />others. <br /> <br />Mayor Habingreither called the meeting to order at 12:00 p.m. Mayor <br />Habingreither lead the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />Mayor Habingreither introduced a Citizen comment period. 1) Kyev Tatum <br />stated on September 23, 2002 he had requested a Public Hearing regarding to <br />his wife, Martha Tatum's, accident. He stated after Martha's accident on <br />August 26, 2002 he will never look at her the same. He stated in the "Who <br />You Gonna Call" reference booklet handed out by the City, hazardous spills <br />and emergency calls 9-1-1 and for health hazards, to call Environmental <br />Health. He stated on August 26, 2002 he made calls and there was no <br />response. He also stated his wife is the third highest official in the <br />City and 9-1-1 was not called to the scene. Mr. Tatum stated he almost <br />lost two family members and the Council seems to be more concerned with his <br />wife missing three meetings. He stated he feels the three absences are <br />excusable. 2) Acie Dosier stated he wished to speak on Item 3, the Impact <br />Fee, and what effect it would have on Quarry Springs and where the <br />Ordinance stands. Mr. O'Leary stated today is the third and final reading <br />for the Ordinance and the effect will be on unplatted, undeveloped property <br />will be $1100 water/ $900 wastewater. If propery is in the City, when <br />connected the fee would be $363 water/ $527 wastewater. 3) Kevin Brumley, <br />CEO and President of San-n-Pac, stated the Warren family started Sac-n-Pac <br />in 1966. He stated he feels the accident involving Martha Tatum on August <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Martha Castex Tatum was absent from this meeting. <br />
