Sec. 2.508. Duties of city councilmembers. <br />(a) Members of the City Council shall comply with all requirements of this <br />ordinance as well as state law governing the management of City records. <br />bl Members of the Citv Council shall respond promptly to requests for <br />information received by the City pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act by <br />providing any records requested that are in their possession. Anresponsive <br />information shall be delivered to the City's Clerk's Office for processing. <br />Information that is subject to disclosure under the Texas Public Information Act <br />may include text messages emails and social media posts related to City business <br />even if the device that contains the information belongs to the individual member <br />of City_Council and not the Ci <br />Sec. 2.508 2.509.
