She presented <br />the Council with a disannexation petition of the Southwest San Marcos <br />Annexation area. She stated the petition contains more than 800 <br />signatures. She also stated she feels the City has not dealt with the <br />Southwest San Marcos Annexation in good faith. She requested the Council <br />carefully consider the disannexation. 2) Billy McNabb stated the South San <br />Marcos Action Committee was formed last fall after the Southwest San Marcos <br />Annexation took place. He said the City had promised to provide services, <br />which are not happening. He urged the Council to disannex the Southwest <br />San Marcos Annexation area and come back with a new annexation. 3) John <br />Thomaides stated he was not a member of the South San Marcos Action <br />
