Mayor Habingreither introduced an Executive Session pursuant to the Government Code, Section 551.071, to seek the City Attorney's advice regarding pending litigation, contemplated litigation, a settlement offer, or a matter involving attorney-client privilege (North IH35 utility agreement, Planning and Zoning Commission, duplex zoning districts); Sections 551.072 and 551.073, to discuss the purchase of real property (parkland acquisitions); and Section 551.074, to discuss the emploYment of a public officer (City Manager). Mr. Mihalkanin moved the Council adjourn into Executive Session at 10:10 p.m. and Ms. Tatum seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mr. Mihalkanin moved the Council reconvene at 2:07 a.m. and Ms. Tatum seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Habingreither introduced for consideration approval of City Manager profile for recruitment process for new City Manager. Mr. Mayhew moved for the approval of the amended profile, which was discussed in Executive Session, and Ms. Tatum seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 2:08 a.m. on motion made by Mr. Mihalkanin and seconded by Mr. Montoya. Robert B.
