He asked the public not to touch these <br />birds if they are found dead, but to give his office a call. <br /> <br />Mayor Habingreither introduced an Executive Session pursuant to the <br />Government Code, Section 551.071, to seek the City Attorney's advice <br />regarding pending litigation, contemplated litigation, a settlement offer, <br />or a matter involving attorney-client privilege (North IH35 utility <br />agreement, Planning and Zoning Commission, duplex zoning districts); <br />Sections 551.072 and 551.073, to discuss the purchase of real property <br />(parkland acquisitions); and Section 551.074, to discuss the emploYment of <br />a public officer (City Manager). Mr. Mihalkanin moved the Council adjourn <br />into Executive Session at 10:10 p.m. and Ms. Tatum seconded the motion, <br />which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Mihalkanin moved the Council reconvene at 2:07 a.m. and Ms. Tatum <br />seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Habingreither introduced for consideration approval of City Manager <br />profile for recruitment process for new City Manager. Mr. Mayhew moved for <br />the approval of the amended profile, which was discussed in Executive <br />Session, and Ms. Tatum seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />The meeting adjourned at 2:08 a.m. on motion made by Mr. Mihalkanin and <br />seconded by Mr. Montoya. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Robert B.
