(1) Mike McCoy read a <br />letter from Bill Taylor regarding Sector Five. He asked the City Council <br />not to continue planning a four-lane road through a quiet neighborhood and <br />not to endanger children. He urged Council to listen to the residents of <br />Mockingbird Hills and Hills of Hays. (2) Candie Walker spoke on Sector <br />Five. She asked the City to find another location for a four-lane road. <br />She stated some of the neighborhood children walk to school and the <br />inexperienced drivers will use this as a shortcut, which is a recipe for <br />disaster. (3) Robert Habingreither stated the Mockingbird Hill residents <br />are clearly opposed to the connection of Leah Avenue to Leah Street and <br />suggested the Council not follow the staff's recommendations on this item <br />of Sector Five. He also stated he was opposed to the Noise and Party <br />Ordinances, and said the Council needs to enforce the rules the City <br />already has in effect. (4) Richard Howser stated he is a resident of Hills <br />of Hays and is opposed to expansion of Crystal River Parkway into a four- <br />
