<br />Regular Meeting <br /> <br />May 13, 2002 <br /> <br />152. <br />Page 9 <br /> <br />1) Ms. Hughson distributed an article regarding a flood warning system. <br />She stated she feels the Council should pursue a system of this type, make <br />sure it integrates with the current 9-1-1 system, and seek funding from <br />CAPCO. 2) Mr. Montoya stated he is concerned with customers of Herbert's <br />Taco Hut using the City-owned parking lot across the street which limits <br />parking for park users. He would like Council to consider placing a sign <br />stating "Parking for Park Users Only". <br /> <br />Mayor Chiu introduced an Executive Session pursuant to the Government <br />Code, Section 551.071, to seek the City Attorney's advice regarding <br />pending litigation, contemplated litigation, or other matters <br />(Transportation Master Plan); and Section 551.074, to discuss the <br />emploYment of a public officer (City Manager) and discuss duties of public <br />officials (City Council Members); and Section 551.086 [76th Leg., Ch. 1319] <br />(Conway Addition area).
