DESCRIPTION OF 390.52 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, OF LAND AREA IN THE WILLIAM <br />BURKE SURVEY, ABSTRACT NO. 68, HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, BEING A PORTION OF <br />THAT TRACT DESCRIBED AS 515.964 ACRES IN A DEED FROM V & H ROBINSON <br />RANCHES, LTD. TO W. L. WOOTAN ET UX DATED DECEMBER 9,1998 AND RECORDED <br />IN HAYS COUNTY DOCUMENT NO. 9920197 OF THE HAYS COUNTY OFFICIAL PUBLIC <br />RECORDS, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY NOTES AND BOUNDS AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />BEGINNING at an 8" Cedar fence comer post in the northeast line of the Jonathan Scott Survey, <br />Abstract No. 430 for the approximate west comer of the William Burke Survey, Abstract No. 68 and for <br />the south comer of the G. W. A. Colton Survey, Abstract No. 95 and for the northerly -west comer of the <br />Wootan tract, and being in the northeast line of that 1422.46 acre tract described in a deed from Milton H. <br />West et ux to MHW Operations Ltd. dated December 28, 2000 and recorded in Volume 1754, Page 588 <br />of the Hays County Official Public Records, and being the south corner of the Bridlewood Ranches, <br />Section 2, a subdivision recorded in Volume 11, Page 69 of the Hays County Plat Records; <br />THENCE leaving the Scott Survey, the MEW Operations 1422.46 acre tract and the PLACE OF <br />BEGINNING as shown on that plat numbered 27873-17-2-d dated March 2, 2017 as prepared for <br />Wootan Family Estate by Bym & Associates, Inc. of San Marcos, Texas with the common northwest line <br />of the Burke Survey and the Wootan tract and southeast line of the Colton Survey and Bridlewood <br />Ranches, Section 2, as fenced and used upon the ground, the folio wing six courses: <br />1. N 470 381 55" E 424.80 feet to an angle point, <br />2. N 46* 40'52" E 282.88 feet to a 6" Cedar post for an angle point, <br />3. N 440 51' 43" E 557.74 feet to an 8" Cedar post for an angle point, <br />4. N 460 16'2711 E 548.58 feet to a 4" Cedar post for an angle point, <br />5. N 450 46136" E 604.71 feet to a 4" Cedar post for an angle point, and <br />6. N 45018'03" E 260.56 feet to a V2" iron rod found with a plastic caps "B&G" for the <br />north comer of this tract and the west comer of that 1388.17 acre tract described in a deed <br />from BAT Partners, Ltd. to Lazy Oaks Ranch, LP dated November 13, 2009 and recorded in <br />Volume 3772, Page 231 of the Hays County Official Public Records; <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
