THENCE leaving the Colton Survey and Bridlewood Ranch tract and entering the Burke Survey with the <br />common northeast line of the Wootan tract and southwest line of the Lazy Oaks Ranch tract as fenced, the <br />following five courses: <br />1. S 210 03' 09" E 169.44 feet to a triple 5" Elm tree for an angle point, <br />2. S 150 51'32" E 479.74 feet to a 10" Live Oak tree for an angle point, <br />3. S 150 05' 56" E 382.38 feet to a 3" Cedar post for an angle point, <br />4. S 17* 431 48"E 393.12 feet to an 8" Live Oak tree for an angle point and <br />5. S 24052131" E 288.56 feet to a 1/2" iron rod set for an angle point; <br />THENCE leaving fence, and continuing with said common line S 54* 001 5711 E 5744.26 feet to a 1/2" <br />iron rod set in fence in the southeast line of the Burke Survey for the east comer of the Wootan tract and <br />south comer of the Lazy Oaks Ranch tract and being in the northwest line of the John Williams Survey, <br />Abstract No. 490 and that 100 acre tract described in a deed from Rita P. Steitle to Rita P. Steitle et vir <br />dated May 7, 2015 and recorded in Volume 5249, Page 252 of the Rays County Official Public Records; <br />THENCE with the common southeast line of the Burke Survey and the Wootan tract and northwest line <br />of the William Survey and Steitle tract, as fenced and agreed to in a boundary line agreement between <br />J. H. Robinson and E. E. Posey dated May 24, 1942 and recorded in Volume 124, Page 496 of the Hays <br />County Deed Records, the following four courses: <br />1. S 440 50' 55" W 648.35 feet to a 4" Cedar post for an angle point, <br />2. S 450 15' 0611 W 472.53 feet to a 12" Live Oak tree for an angle point, <br />3. S 480271 4711 W 112.04 feet to a 20" Live Oak tree for an angle point, and <br />4. S 410 061 5611 W 95.25 feet to an 8" Cedar comer post for thew comer of the Williams <br />Survey and Steitle tract and the north comer of the Isaac Lower Survey, Abstract N. 287 and <br />that 248.18 acre tract - Exhibit A - described in a deed from George R. Williams et al to <br />George R. Williams et a] dated July 26, 2012 and recorded in Volume 4402, Page 461 of the <br />Hays County Official Public Records; <br />THENCE leaving the Steitle tract with the common southeast line of the Burke Survey and the Wootan <br />tract and northwest line of the Lowe Survey and the Williams 248.18 acre tract, as fenced and used, the <br />following nine courses: <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
