SAN MARCOS TRANSIT PLAN I FINALREPORT <br />City of San Marcos <br />Fixed -Route Service <br />The following charts detail the annual revenue hours and costs needed to implement each phase <br />of the service plan. An hourlyrate of $8o is assumed along with 5o% FTAandlocal matches. <br />Fixed -Route Service Plan Annual Revenue Hours and Cost Estimates <br />Paratransit Service <br />Currently, the San Marcos paratransit service area and eligibility exceedADA minimums. Two <br />scenarios were evaluated, both assuming that on -board fare collection is discontinued. <br />Paratransit Scenario 1 reduces the paratransit service area to areas within 3/4 mile of the proposed <br />fixed route network.
