The property is now held by the San Marcos Consolidated Independent School <br />• District in trust for itself, the City of San Marcos and Hays County, pursuant to foreclosure of <br />delinquent property tax liens on November 5, 2002. The offer made of $1,000.00 is less than the <br />minimum bid at foreclosure and therefore requires a formal action by the city council, the school <br />district, and Hays County's commissioner's court to either approve or reject the bid. <br />Enclosed you will find an analysis made on the bid as well as a Tax Resale Deed <br />requiring the notarized signature of Mayor Narvaiz if the bid is accepted. The analysis contains <br />information to be considered when reviewing the bid. The amount of the bid and the identity of <br />the bidder are given.
