applicants for Qualified Personnel positions to not proactively discourage or steer away <br />such applicants from residing in the City. This subsection shall not be deemed to prohibit <br />such Seton staff from providing information and personal opinions about the City as a <br />place to reside in response to inquiries from applicants. <br />b) Seton shall provide to Seton staff involved in the hiring and contracting of <br />Qualified Personnel information, training and/or education about the Program and its <br />benefits. Efforts under this subsection may include such things as allowing <br />representatives of the City to participate in distributing promotional literature to Qualified <br />Personnel and/or providing information to Qualified Personnel about any websites <br />developed by the City regarding the Program and/or the positive attributes of the City. <br />C) Seton shall refer successful applicants for Qualified Personnel positions to <br />the City or the City's designated agent to receive further information about the Program <br />and shall further provide to such applicants promotional literature and/or information <br />about any website developed by the City regarding the Program and/or the positive <br />attributes of the City. <br />The designated representative of Seton and the City Manager may agree to such other efforts <br />consistent with the purposes of this Agreement as part of the plan or program adopted under <br />Section 3.01. <br />Section 3.03. City to Provide Web-based Information. At a minimum, under the plan <br />or program established under Section 3.01, the City shall sponsor, provide or create a link from <br />the City's official website to information regarding the Program and real estate and other <br />community information for the City of San Marcos beneficial to potential recipients of the <br />incentives provided for in this Agreement and others who may be interested in residing in the <br />Page 4 of 8
