Pledges Of Allegiance - United States And Texas <br />Council Member Derrick led the assembly in the Pledges of Allegiance. <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION, <br />1. 5:001PM Executive Session in accordance with Section § 551.071 of the Texas <br />Government Code: Consultation with Attorney - to receive advice of legal counsel <br />regarding issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for The Woods of San Marcos; and <br />to, receive advice of legal counsel regarding pending litigation, Cause No. 15-0544 -- <br />Nicholas Fllores Lara, et al. v. City of San Marcos, Texas in the District Court 274th <br />Judicial District Hays, County, Texas; and in accordance with Section §551,087 of the <br />Texas Government Code: Economic Development - to receive a briefing and' <br />deliberate regarding the potential offer of Economic Development Incentives to Project <br />Texas; and in accordance with Section §551.072 of the Texas, Government Code. - <br />Real Property - to receive an update regarding negotiations for the sale of City real <br />estate comprised of three tracts of land known as the "Leah Tract," comprised of a <br />1.378 acre tract out of the J.M.
