The San Marcos Housing Authority has received $291,000 from FEMA for repairs to the required ADA <br />compliant and accessibility ramps in its complexes as well as other buildings within their housing <br />complexes, however, the City itself has not received any funding to this point. The repairs have been completed, and the City is waiting <br />for the reimbursement from FEMA for this project. Additional needs under this Category for repairs and <br />upgrades to sewer and water infrastructure account for another $695,169. All of these activities are <br />included in the costs listed in the chart below.
