The OFZ precludes taxiing and parked airplanes and object <br />penetrations except for objects required to be located in the OFZ due to their <br />function. OFZs can have a number of different components including a Runway <br />Obstacle Free Zone (ROFZ), inner-transitional OFZ, inner approach OFZ, and a <br />Precision Obstacle Free Zone (POFZ). The ROFZ applies to all the runways at the San <br />Marcos Regional Airport.
