AIRPORT MASTER PLAN
<br />Runway 13, approximately 450 feet northeast of the runway centerline and
<br />approximately 1,175 feet east of the Runway 13 threshold. The localizer for the
<br />approach is located at the far end of the runway approximately 1,275 feet
<br />southeast of the threshold for Runway 31. Both the localizer and the glide slope are
<br />owned and maintained by the FAA.
<br />I NSTRUMENT A PPROACH P ROCEDURES (IAP S)
<br />NAVAIDs and GPS satellites are critical to the development of Instrument Approach
<br />Procedures (IAPs) at an airport. Currently, there are eight IAPs published for the San
<br />Marcos Regional Airport. Details for these approaches are in Table 2-6.
