Mill <br />all <br />DIVISION 6: NEI6HBORHOOD TRANSITIONS <br />Section 4.3.6.1 Purpose and Applicability <br />A. Purpose. The purpose of the neighborhood transition standards <br />is to accommodate and encourage appropriate transitions <br />between higher intensity new development areas and existing <br />residential properties. <br />B. Applicability. Transitional Protection Yards. Transitional protective yards are <br />required in compliance with Section 7.2.2.1. <br />B. Maximum Lot Width <br />1. A maximum lot width of 100 ft. is applied on all lots <br />identified in Figure 4.20. <br />2.
