Reconsideration of Ordinance 2009-58, adopted October 5, 2009, amending the future <br />land use map from Low Density Residential (LDR) to Medium Density Residential (MDR) <br />for a 10,709 square foot, more or less, tract of land located at 905 and 907 Allen Street; <br />amending the official zoning map of the City by rezoning this tract from Duplex (D) to <br />Townhouse (T); and including procedural provisions. <br />There was no reconsideration of Ordinance 2009-58. <br />32.
