Regular Meeting December 13, 1982 Page 6 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A LETTER AGREEMENT WITH KENNETH G. KAISER FOR AP- PRAISAL SERVICES CONNECTED WITH THE PROPOSED ACQUI- SITION OF LAND AND AN INTEREST IN LAND IN THE VICINITY OF THE SAN MARCOS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Mrs. Norris moved for the ~option of the Resolution and Mr. Farr se- conded the motion. Mr. Moore was concerned with the amount being charged by Mr. Kaiser and suggested the City Attorney contact two appraisers in San Antonio, Texas by the names of Scott Binford and Charles Noble to see what they would charge for this service. Mr. Moore then moved the Resolution be tabled until the December 20 Council Meeting and Mrs. Norris seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration authorization to bid four portable samplers (three for the Environmental Department and one for the Wastewater Disposal Department). Mrs. Norris moved for authorization to bid the samplers and Mr. Farr seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration authorization to bid one manhole form for the Wastewater Collection Department. Mr. Farr moved for authorization to bid the manhole form and Mr. Brown se- conded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration authorization to bid two sewage pumps and a duplex electrical panel control for the Public Works Department. Mrs. Norris moved for authorization to bid the pumps and duplex electrical panel control and Mr. Farr seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
