Mr. Brown moved the minutes <br />be approved and Mrs. Norris seconded the motion, which passed unanimous- <br />ly. <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of <br />the Speciàl Meeting held January 18, 1982. Mr. Kreczrner moved the min- <br />utes be approved and Mrs. Norris seconded the motion. On roll call the <br />following vote was recorded: <br /> <br />AYE: Brown, James, <br />NAY: None. <br />ABSTAIN: Cavazos. <br /> <br />Craddock, Kreczmer, Mendez and Norris. <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of appointments to <br />the Central Texas Higher Education Authority. Mrs. Norris moved that <br />all ten names submitted prior to the meeting be nominated and Mr. James <br />seconded the motion. Arredondo <br />(reappointment) received seven votes. Messrs. J. R. Thornton, John Dor- <br />bandt, Raymond Johnson and Fred Guerra each received four votes, so their <br />four names were voted on again. <br /> <br />On second roll call the following vote was recorded: <br />
