58 MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, NOVEMBER 22, 1982 PRESENT: Mayor Emmie Craddock Council Members Karl W. Brown Gerald G. Farr John A. Kreczmer Elida A. Mendez Jaime Moore Tess Norris City Manager City Secretary City Attorney Director of Finance Director of Public Works Administrative Director A. C. Gonzalez Janis K. Womack Barbara Jean Edwards Earl Williams George Boeker Dinah Elwell Also Present: Rodney Cobb, Richard Mendoza, Johnny Pearce, Jerry Sebek, Joe Lucio, Ken Long, Bill Pryatel, Nina Pryatel, Shirley Wickersham, Ted Breihan, Olga Garza, Jerri Martin, Jeff Watkins, Matalie Grusen- dorf, Pat Norwood, Jack Lindstrom, Patsy Greiner, Jackie Matthys, Charles Stone, Ronnie Dannelley, Ron Champion, James D. Harrison and others. Mayor Craddock called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Regular Meeting held November 8, 1982. Mr. Farr moved to ap- prove the minutes and Mrs. Norris seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Special Meeting held November 10, 1982. Mrs. Norris moved t~ approve the minutes and Mr. Farr seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Brown, Farr, Craddock, Mendez, Moore, Norris. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Kreczmer. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Special Meeting held November 15, 1982. Mr. Brown moved to approve the minutes and Mrs. Norris seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Brown, Farr, Kreczmer, Craddock, Moore, Norris. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Mendez. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of an appointment to CAPCO. Mrs. Norris nominated Jaime Moore and Mr. Farr seconded the motion. There were no other nominations. On roll call the following vote was recorded:
