38 <br /> <br />Regular Meeting <br /> <br />November 8, 1982 <br /> <br />Page 7 <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration authorization to bid a <br />1/2-ton pickup truck for the communications technician. Mrs. Norris <br />moved for approval to bid and Mr. Farr seconded the motion, which <br />passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration authorization to bid a <br />dumptruck for the street department. Mr. Brown moved for approval <br />to bid and Mr. Farr seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration authorization to bid a <br />riding mower for the parks department. Mayor Craddock moved for <br />approval to bid and Mrs. Mendez seconded the motion, which passed <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration authorization to bid the <br />manufacture of two aerators for the wastewater treatment plant. Mrs. <br />Mendez moved for approval to bid and Mr. Kreczmer seconded the motion, <br />which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration authorization to bid two <br />1/2-ton pickup trucks for the utility department. Mrs. Norris moved <br />for approval to bid the pickup trucks and Mr. Farr seconded the motion, <br />which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval to use contingency <br />funds for the purchase of a plaque in memory of Chief W. E. "Bill" Davis, <br />to be placed on the new fire station building. Mr. Farr moved for ap- <br />proval of use of contingency funds for the plaque and Mr. Brown second- <br />ed the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />The meeting adjourned at 9:50 p.m. on motion of Mr. Kreczmer and second- <br />ed by Mr. Farr. <br /> <br /> Karl W.
