Regular Meeting October 11, 1982 Page 6 Mayor Craddock introduced for reconsideration the Airport rental rate regarding the Hibbert lease. It was requested from Staff the monthly rate on this lease be changed to $40.00 per month. Mrs. Mendez moved the lease be amended to charge $40.00 per month and Mr. Farr seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Craddock introduced for reconsideration the amount of award of bid on the Runway Lighting at the Airport (ILS Grant). Mrs. Norris moved the recommendation of Charles Willis in the amount of $115,319.00 instead of $128,569.00 be awarded to the low bidder, Pecan Valley and Mr. Moore seconded the motion, which passed unani- mously. Mr. Farr moved the Council adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to Article 6252-17, ~2(f), V.A.C.S., to discuss landfill acquisition, and Mr. Kreczmer seconded the motion, which passed unanimously (8:45 p.m.). Mr. Brown moved the Council convene at 9:25 p.m. and Mr. Farr seconded the motion, which passed unanimously*.
