EXHIBIT 1 <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br />Center Point Water Line Extension <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />i. Plan set (11" x 17"). At a minimum, the sheets will contain the following: <br />1. Cover Sheet <br />2. General Notes: Estimated Number of Sheets — four (4). <br />3. Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) — Texas Department of <br />Transportation (TXDOT) Template: Estimated Number of Sheets — one <br />(1). <br />4. Environmental Permits, Issues and Commitments (EPIC) — TXDOT <br />Template: Estimated Number of Sheets — one (1). <br />5. Project Layout Sheet: Walker Partners will provide a layout of the project <br />with sheet references. <br />6. Erosion and Sedimentation Control, Tree Removal, and Tree Protection <br />Plan Sheets: Estimated Number of Sheets — three (3). Note: only existing <br />conditions with proposed tree removal, if required for recommended <br />pipeline alignment, will be shown at 30%. <br />7. Water Line Plan and Profile Sheets: Estimated Number of Sheets — six <br />(6). <br />1. Identify Utility Providers (from maps and records only) <br />2. Recommended Pipeline Alignment <br />3. Identify Utility Conflicts w/ Recommended Alignment in Plan <br />View Only (assumed depths of existing utilities to be displayed <br />on profiles in order to discuss constraints for proposed profile <br />during 30% design review meeting) <br />4. Identify Easement/Land Acquisition Requirements <br />ii. Description of Permit Requirements <br />iii. Prepare Bid Form with Quantity Take Off <br />iv. GIS Submittal Checklist with DWG File <br />V. Engineering/CIP Plan Review Checklist <br />c. Complete 60% Design: Walker Partners will provide one (1) PDF electronic copy of the <br />following: <br />i. Updated plan set (11" x 17") with comments addressed and the following. <br />1. List of standards details. <br />2. List of standard specifications. <br />3. Project specific/special details added to plans. <br />2 <br />
