Where a solid ground cover or lawn is proposed for the front yard of a residential lot, the use <br />ofonautomatic spray ordrip irrigation system iostrongly encouraged. Ademinimum, ahose <br />attachment shall be required within 100 feet of all front yard landscaping to ensure proper <br />handwnbahng8nigmUon. <br />G. A minimum 1OOfoot wide twee preservation/open space landscape buffer setback shall be <br />provided adjacent to the existing Fox Ridge single family residential subdivision along the <br />northwest property line and along the portion of Purgatory Creek that borders the existing <br />Settlement subdivision.
